Congratulations to the UMKC Department of Physics and Astronomy who participated in and advanced to the final round of the UMKC SGS Three Minute Thesis Competition. Five of the nine finalists were from the department with Madalyn Weston being one of the three semifinalists and Daniel Shanaberger winning people's choice in his room!
