Our Research

Broadly, we are interested in learning more about the brain’s role in motivated and rewarded behaviors. We are examining food motivation and eating behaviors in both obese and healthy-weight children and adults. In addition, we are studying decision-making related to consumer spending and product attributes (price, technology). We are also interested in examining the neural correlates of the ability to delay gratification.
